Blueberry Oatmeal Bread
Serves 6
Ingredients
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
2 1/4 Cup Flour
1 Cup Rolled Oats
3 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Blueberries [Fresh or Frozen]
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F. Grease the insides of Campfire Mugs.
Combine brown sugar, milk, oil and eggs in large bowl. Stir in remaining
ingredients except for blueberries. Fold in blueberries. Fill mugs 2/3
full. Sprinkle with additional oats. Babe for 18 to 20 minutes or until
golden brown.
Or Cook on the grill over medium-high, indirect heat [no coals or
burners on directly under the Campfire Mugs], Place foil on grill. Then
cook wth grill cover on.
Serve warm or cool with whipped topping or ice cream. Caution - Campfire
Mugs will be Hot!
