The Lightning C Arena is a family owned and operated indoor arena with 67,000 square feet located 8 miles east of McAlester, Oklahoma on Hwy 270. The announcer stand is fully enclosed with central heat and air and a full sound system with plenty of room for your announcer and separate area to take entries. There are also 76 stalls and 30 electric hookups for overnight stays. The concession stand is operated by owners and is open for all events.

The Lightning C Arena is home to many events including the Oklahoma Youth Rodeo Association (OYRA) rodeos and Finals, Texoma Junior Rodeo Association (TJRA) rodeos and Finals, MRHC Breast Cancer Barrel Race, Cowboys Regional Rodeo Association (CRRA) membership rodeo, and various team Ropings, weekly barrel races, calf Ropings, ranch rodeos, flat track races, and an occasional mounted shooting event.
