The Brackenridge Main Event Center is a brand new multi-purpose facility situated on 180 acres adjacent to Brackenridge Park and Campground. With a convenient location and large, spacious layout it is perfect for conventions, community events, trade shows, arena events and much more.

The Main Event Center started as a community vision in 2001 and now is a 7.1 million dollar, 170,000 square feet multi-event center. The Center is located in the Brackenridge Recreation Complex which includes the Brackenridge Park and Campground as well as many other amenities. The Center was made possible through the funding and support of the Lavaca-Navidad River Authority with assistance of a Texas Parks and Wildlife Department recreation grant along with donations from local foundations, community members, and in-kind services.

| Features: | The building is over 170,000 sq. ft. We have an air conditioned 25′ x 40′ hospitality room with window overlooking the arena. (2) 15′ x 20′ air conditioned Offices. Action Seats: 48 bar stools and 24 bar tables that can be placed at arena edge for great seating. 50 folding tables and 300 chairs. We have 3 arena drags: Kiser Dragmaster, TR3 and Groundhog. The arena is located inside of the beautiful Brackenridge Recreation Complex which built on the shores of Lake Texana just a few miles south of Edna on Hwy 111. Lake Texana has over 10,000 acres of surface water and 125 miles of shoreline. The Complex has a 5 acre fishing pond with piers and playground, a 13 mile Equestrian Trail, Paintball Field, Soccer Field, Softball Field, Disc Golf Course and Gator Golf (miniature golf). It also has the beautiful Brackenridge Park and Campground which has 134 campsites (82 Full Hook-ups, 36 Partial Hook-ups and 16 Pull-thru Sites). There are 4 air conditioned comfort stations with restrooms and showers. There are also 5 NEW fully furnished air conditioned 2 bedroom cabins. Each cabin sleeps six and has satellite TV, BBQ Pits, Firerings and Picnic Tables. The Complex also has over 5 miles of hike and bike trails. Additionally the Complex has the 9000 sq. ft. Hafernick Recreation Center with auditorium, kitchen and meeting rooms. |
