  • Arena floor 73′ x 125′ = 9,125 square feet with seats out
  • Arena floor 95′ x 125′ = 11,875 square feet with one side of seats pulled out
  • Arena floor is concrete with unlimited load capacity
  • Ceiling height is 54′ at peak, 42′ to bottom of rigging supports
  • Lighting is halide vapor: immediate shut down, 3 to 5 minute start up
  • Lighting can be shut down in sections
  • 1 – 16′ x 16′ load-in roll-up door is located at East and West ends of the arena
  • Facility is ADA compliant
  • Facility is completely climate controlled by a 300 ton Carrier chiller system
  • Paved parking available for 352 cars in front of building with 22 handicapped spots on grounds
  • Overall parking available for about 2500 cars including 40 acres behind building
  • 2- 4 yard dumpster available for refuse
  • 1 – 2500 lb. capacity elevator located in each lobby
  • Building is non-smoking, smoking area is located outside the West end of the arena
